Supported heart openers and backbends

Place the yoga roll lengthways or crossways under your back to open the chest and front of the body in a controlled way. Its cylindrical shape follows the body's natural curve and allows for a more pronounced arch than a flat, rectangular bolster.

Yoga roll or rectangular yoga bolster?

The round yoga roll is well suited to more pronounced heart openers, backbends, and positions where a curved support is wanted. A rectangular bolster offers a wider, flatter surface and does more to prevent rolling to the side. The mini roll with a 12 cm diameter is designed for lower, more targeted support.

Durable & High Quality

The cotton fabric of the blanket is of high quality and therefore particularly resistant and durable.

For Better Stretch

The yoga belt helps you to achieve a better stretch in a gentle way and without risk of injury. This also improves your posture during various asanas.
