Meditation bench with upholstered seat made of solid beechwood
Supports an upright posture during meditation
Thanks to the bevelled seat, the pelvis tilts slightly forward, thus supporting the upright spine, allowing deep abdominal breathing. To protect the knees, we recommend that you practice on a soft surface.
Shapely and ergonomic
Our meditation bench combines function, appearance and beauty of form and is manufactured with the greatest care and precision in Europe. The foldable legs make it easy to stow and stack. Treated with high-quality, solvent-free wood glaze made of waxes and oils for a smooth, soft surface which emphasises the natural colour of beech wood.
Matching accessories from Lotuscrafts
Meditation Bench "Dharma", teams up beautifully with the colours of Lotuscraft meditation mats. The meditation stool is available in two leg lengths: for a body height up to 180 cm we recommend "standard" (front 13.5 cm, back 16.5 cm), for a body height from 180 cm we recommend "high" (front 14 cm, back 18 cm).
