Open the Lotuscrafts returns portal

Enter your order number and email address. Important: You can find the 6-digit order number in your order confirmation. Please use the same email address you used when placing your order.

Select the item you wish to return.

You will then receive a return label.

Attach the return label to the package and take it to the nearest Packstation or post office.

Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email and we will arrange for the refund of the purchase amount as quickly as possible.

What fees apply for returns?

For returns from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, you can create a free return label via our returns platform. However, a fee of €3.95 will be charged for processing and transporting your return from Austria and Germany, which will be deducted directly from your refund amount. For returns from Switzerland, a fee of CHF 10 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps us cover part of the logistics and processing costs.

For returns from other countries, customers must cover the shipping costs themselves. There is no additional return shipping fee.
