How does the return work
- Contact our support team here and let us know your order number and the items you would like to return.
- We will get back to you with a return shipping label.
- Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest parcel locker or post office.
- As soon as we receive your return, you will get a confirmation email and we will arrange a refund of the purchase amount as quickly as possible.

For processing and return shipping of your return from Switzerland, a fee of CHF 10 will be charged and deducted directly from the refund amount. This fee helps us cover part of the logistics and handling costs.
