RESTORATIVE L or RESTORATIVE S?
The Yoga Bolster Restorative S (20 cm wide, 15 cm high) is the ideal choice for a gentle heart opener. Its lower height makes it perfect for beginners, more petite bodies, or targeted relief under the knees. It's especially easy to handle and offers precise support for moderate stretching. The Yoga Bolster Restorative L, on the other hand, is built for maximum stability. At 30 cm wide and 20 cm high, it offers a stable base for deep relaxation. The extra-wide surface keeps the shoulders from rolling to the side, while the height allows for an intense stretch across the chest. It's the ideal aid for advanced restorative practices and for anyone looking for a fully grounded support.
Stable in forward folds and restorative postures
The bolster can be used lengthways under the upper body, crossways under the knees, or as a raised support in forward folds. Its wide shape stays stable in place and helps the body release its weight.
Wide surface for back and shoulders
At 30 cm wide, the RESTORATIVE L supports a larger area of the upper body. Its rectangular surface distributes weight evenly, creating a calm, stable base for longer-held positions.
Soft, vegan kapok filling
The natural kapok filling gently moulds to the body while staying shape-retaining. It gives a softer feel than spelt husks and, at around 1.6 kg, keeps the large bolster comparatively light.
