The ergonomic yoga cushion for the lotus seat
The curvature of the seat straightens the spine and gently embeds the hips for a particularly comfortable fit. The cushion is ideal for sitting positions with crossed legs, i.e. in half lotus or Burmese posture, as the curved shape of the cushion leaves a lot of space for the legs. Due to the somewhat lower seated height (approx. 12 cm) the cushion is well suited for meditators who are already somewhat more flexible in the hip joints.
Ergonomic design, ecological materials and workmanship
Made of robust organic fabric in classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colours. Manufactured according to high social and ecological standards (GOTS certified). Especially heat-treated and particularly light organic spelt husks (organic/certified) from Germany adapt ideally to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.
