The ARISE yoga mat is extremely non-slip, stable and ideal for dynamic yoga styles. Made in Spain and OEKO-TEX® certified, and therefore tested for harmful substances. It is made of natural rubber with 15% recycled content and can be used on both sides, which increases its longevity. With a thickness of 4 mm, a length of 185 cm and a width of 65 cm, it offers optimal cushioning and plenty of space for every asana.

Note: Natural rubber is a high-quality natural material that can develop natural signs of use and colour changes over time – a sign of its authenticity. Follow our care instructions to ensure a longer lifespan.

The ARISE yoga mat is designed for personal use at home. For equipping studios or retreats, we recommend the MUDRA or MUDRA PRO mat.

The mat is very easy to care for and can be easily cleaned with a soft brush, a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water (1:1) or our organic yoga mat spray. Never clean with soap or machine.

Protect from direct sunlight and ideally store in a cupboard or bag.

If the mat is damp, please allow it to dry before rolling it up again.

Natural rubber is a natural product - the natural rubber smell of the mat may be a bit stronger at first, but it diminishes with prolonged use, though it does not disappear completely.

For maximum durability, we recommend using the mat exclusively for yoga
