Meditation bench with upholstered seat made of solid beechwood
Supports an upright posture during meditation
Thanks to the bevelled seat, the pelvis tilts slightly forward, thus supporting the upright spine, allowing deep abdominal breathing. To protect the knees, we recommend that you practice on a soft surface.

The foldable legs make it easy to stow and stack. Treated with high-quality, solvent-free wood glaze made of waxes and oils for a smooth, soft surface which emphasises the natural colour of beech wood.
