  • Free delivery above 39€ order value
  • 4,95€ below 39€ order value

European Union:

  • Free delivery above 80€ order value
  • 9,95€ below 80€ order value

United Kingdom:

  • 14,95€ Delivery fee

Norway:

  • 19,95€ Delivery fee

Switzerland:

  • 26 CHF Delivery fee

Lichtenstein:

  • 39,95€ Delivery fee

Costs for Returns (from the 15th September 2024 going)
Returns from Austria and Germany will cost €3.95 starting from September 2, 2024.
For returns from other EU countries and Switzerland, the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-7 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and countries in the European Union.
