What does GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) mean?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) stands for organically grown cotton, environmentally friendly dyeing and processing, and high environmental standards throughout the entire production chain – from minimizing waste to responsible wastewater and packaging management. At the same time, it guarantees fair wages and safe working conditions. For us, GOTS is not a marketing label, but a clear commitment to sustainable textile production, transparency, and responsible practices. And we want to contribute to establishing this standard in the long term in the production of yoga and meditation products.
Natural materials as the basis of our products
For our meditation range and clothing, we primarily use natural materials such as organic cotton from controlled organic cultivation. Some of our yoga mats also incorporate natural rubber or cork. Sustainable yoga products begin with the conscious selection of their raw materials. Organic cotton stands for skin-friendly quality without the use of harmful substances. Natural rubber provides reliable grip in a sustainable yoga mat and supports a stable, flowing practice. Cork impresses with its natural feel, durability, and pleasant surface – ideal for a mindful and conscious practice.
Resource conservation through recycled content & durable quality
For us, sustainable yoga accessories mean not only natural raw materials, but also manufacturing processes designed for longevity. This results in low-emission, durable products that can accompany you for many years – functional, timeless in design, and in line with a conscious lifestyle. Where appropriate, we supplement our range with selected materials containing recycled content to conserve resources and strengthen existing cycles.
Production in the EU – responsibility along the supply chain
A large portion of our products are manufactured within the EU – including in Spain and Portugal. Short transport routes, transparent processes, and reliable standards are central to our commitment to sustainable production. With our MUDRA PRO yoga mat, produced in Germany, we've gone a step further. "Made in Germany" means the highest quality control, responsible manufacturing, and close collaboration with our production partners. Sustainable yoga accessories are created not only through high-quality materials but also through responsibility throughout the entire value chain.
