The cushion is particularly ideal for cross-legged sitting positions, such as the half lotus/lotus position or the Burmese position, as its curved shape provides ample legroom. With a slightly lower seat height (approximately 12 cm), the cushion is well-suited for meditators who already have some flexibility in their hip joints.
