The ergonomic yoga cushion for the lotus position: The curved shape of the seat aligns the spine and gently cradles the hips for exceptional comfort. The cushion is particularly ideal for cross-legged sitting positions, such as the half lotus/lotus position or the Burmese position, as its curved shape provides ample legroom. With a slightly lower seat height (approximately 12 cm), the cushion is well-suited for meditators who already have some flexibility in their hip joints.
Ergonomic design, ecological materials and workmanship: Made from robust organic fabric in a classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colors. Manufactured according to high social and environmental standards (GOTS certified). Specially heat-treated and particularly lightweight organic spelt husks (from controlled organic cultivation) from Germany adapt perfectly to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.

Ergonomic half moon shape for more legroom

The heat-treated organic spelt husk filling moulds to your body while staying shape-retaining. A zip on the inner cushion lets you change the amount of filling and adjust the sitting feel to your personal meditation posture. Cover and inner cushion are made from 100% organic cotton. The GOTS-certified cover combines ecological and social standards with a robust, natural feel. It's removable and can be machine washed at 30°C — ideal for a regular yoga and meditation practice.
