The seat cushion for advanced users
With the low seat height of approx. 10cm, this yoga cushion is well suited for a low sitting position, so especially suitable for smaller or more flexible people. The removable cover and the separate inner cushion make it easy to adjust the filling.
Classic design, ecological materials and workmanship
Made of robust organic fabric in classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colours. Manufactured according to high social and ecological standards (GOTS certified). Especially heat-treated and particularly light organic spelt husks (certified/organic) from Germany adapt ideally to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.

The flat meditation cushion with a 10 cm seat height is ideal for flexible, experienced meditators and smaller individuals. It supports a close-to-the-ground posture in lotus, cross-legged, or kneeling positions, without lifting your pelvis unnecessarily high.
Ideal for good hip flexibility
If your knees comfortably drop toward the floor when sitting and you can straighten your back without much effort, the low yoga cushion gives you a stable base. For beginners or less flexible hips, a higher version may be more comfortable.
Naturally adjustable and easy to care for
The organic spelt husk filling molds to your sitting position and its amount can be adjusted. The sturdy cover made of GOTS-certified organic cotton is removable and machine washable at 30°C – ideal for your regular meditation and yoga practice.
