Small yoga bolster for all Restorative and Yin Yoga practices, filled with soft, elastic kapok.
Flexible, adaptable support: Our large yoga roll, made from high-quality organic cotton and filled with organic spelt husks, can be used in many ways to deepen your yoga practice and relieve and revitalise the back and spine.
Ideal as support for backbends or as a support under the legs to relieve the back while lying down. The cover is easily removable via a drawstring, so the cushion's filling can be adjusted and exchanged with ease.
Made from high-quality ecological materials: This GOTS-certified yoga roll is made from 100% natural materials and has a separately removable, robust cover made from 100% organic cotton, a separate inner cushion (organic), and a filling of organic spelt husks.

RESTORATIVE L or RESTORATIVE S?
The Yoga Bolster Restorative S (20 cm wide, 15 cm high) is the ideal choice for a gentle heart opener. Its lower height makes it perfect for beginners, more petite bodies, or targeted relief under the knees. It's especially easy to handle and offers precise support for moderate stretching. The Yoga Bolster Restorative L, on the other hand, is built for maximum stability. At 30 cm wide and 20 cm high, it offers a stable base for deep relaxation. The extra-wide surface keeps the shoulders from rolling to the side, while the height allows for an intense stretch across the chest. It's the ideal aid for advanced restorative practices and for anyone looking for a fully grounded support.

At 15 cm high, the RESTORATIVE S supports the body without raising it too much. This makes the bolster ideal for moderate heart openers, relaxed forward folds and restorative positions.
Soft, shape-retaining kapok filling
Kapok fibres provide a pleasantly soft feel while still giving the body stable support. At just around 0.9 kg, the bolster stays light and easy to handle.
