Description
The Yoga Roll RESTORATIVE Ø24 cm from Lotuscrafts is a large, cylindrical yoga bolster for Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and supported bodywork. At 64 cm long and 24 cm in diameter, it offers a stable, raised support for backbends, heart openers, supported forward folds and regenerative reclining positions.
The organic spelt husk filling moulds to the contours of the body while still providing firm, supportive hold. Placed under the knees or lower legs, the yoga roll can relieve the lower back when lying on your back. Positioned along the spine, its round shape supports an even opening of the chest and front of the body.
Unlike a rectangular yoga bolster, the yoga roll has no flat resting surface. Its cylindrical shape creates a more pronounced curve and is especially well suited to positions where the body is allowed to sink over the roll. The smaller yoga mini roll with a 12 cm diameter, by contrast, offers lower, more targeted support for the neck, knees or individual areas of the body.
The amount of filling can be changed via the zip on the inner cushion, so you can adjust the height and firmness to your practice and personal preference. Cover and inner cushion are made from 100% organic cotton. The GOTS-certified cover is removable and can be machine washed at 30°C.

Supported heart openers and backbends
Place the yoga roll lengthways or crossways under your back to open the chest and front of the body in a controlled way. Its cylindrical shape follows the body's natural curve and allows for a more pronounced arch than a flat, rectangular bolster.
Yoga roll or rectangular yoga bolster?
The round yoga roll is well suited to more pronounced heart openers, backbends, and positions where a curved support is wanted. A rectangular bolster offers a wider, flatter surface and does more to prevent rolling to the side. The mini roll with a 12 cm diameter is designed for lower, more targeted support.
Shape-retaining filling made from organic spelt husks
Organic spelt husks mould to the body and give the yoga roll its firm, stable sitting and lying feel. The roll weighs around 4.2 kg, so it reliably stays in place even during longer-held positions. The yoga roll is delivered firmly filled. You can remove spelt husks via the zip on the inner cushion, or top them up later.
