For frequent and long meditation sessions, a meditation mat is very helpful as it protects knees, feet and ankles from pressure points and cold.
Creates the perfect meditation space
The Zabuton mat spatially defines the meditation area, creating space for your practice in peace and quiet. Filled with high-quality, pressure-friendly cotton fleece (organic). Our mats are made from several layers of high-quality organic cotton fleece and are therefore easy to roll, dimensionally stable and absolutely free of pressure points.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD & COMFORT:
Zabuton Standard: This Zabuton, measuring 80 x 75 cm, has a seat height of approximately 4 cm and weighs about 2.5 kg. The cotton fleece filling is slightly thinner and therefore lighter than the Comfort version of our meditation mat. The lower weight makes it more manageable, but it still offers comfortable support for your meditation. This can be practical if you want to take your Zabuton with you on trips or to a retreat.
