The ergonomic Zafu meditation pillow
The ergonomic half moon shape of the cushion offers an ideal seated surface for sitting with crossed legs in the Lotus or Burmese posture. With a diameter of 35 cm and a standard seat height of approx. 15 cm, the seat cushion can be used in a variety of ways. The filling quantity as well as the seat height can be individually adjusted via the easily removable zipper cover.
Ergonomic design, ecological materials and workmanship
Made from robust organic fabric in classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colours. Manufactured according to high social and ecological standards (GOTS certified). Especially heat-treated and particularly light organic spelt husks (certified organic) from Germany adapt ideally to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.

Traditional Zafu shape with a wide seat
Side stretch pleats and a gently sloping side surface create a generous seating base. The shape helps the pelvis rise gently into an upright position, providing a stable foundation for meditation, breathing exercises and quiet mindfulness practice.
Which filling suits you?
Choose the Zafu with organic spelt husks if you prefer a firm, shape-retaining seat that you can adjust directly. If you'd rather sit softer or are looking for a particularly light meditation cushion, the Zafu Zen with kapok is the better alternative.

The natural spelt husk filling moulds to your sitting position without becoming too soft. This creates a firm, close sitting feel that's especially well suited to longer meditation sessions and a regular practice. The robust GOTS-certified organic cotton cover is built for regular use.
