The ergonomic Zafu meditation pillow
The ergonomic half moon shape of the cushion offers an ideal seated surface for sitting with crossed legs in the Lotus or Burmese posture. With a diameter of 35 cm and a standard seat height of approx. 15 cm, the seat cushion can be used in a variety of ways. The filling quantity as well as the seat height can be individually adjusted via the easily removable zipper cover.
Ergonomic design, ecological materials and workmanship
Made from robust organic fabric in classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colours. Manufactured according to high social and ecological standards (GOTS certified). Especially heat-treated and particularly light organic spelt husks (certified organic) from Germany adapt ideally to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.

The Zafu meditation cushion has a comfortable height for an upright sitting position. However, the organic spelled husk filling can easily be adjusted if necessary. So everyone can find their optimal seat height.
