Individual seat height

The meditation cushion is 15cm high. However, the organic spelled husk filling can easily be adjusted if necessary. So everyone can find their optimal seat height.

If your yoga cushion is too high or too firm, you can simply remove organic spelt husks. This way, you can adjust the filling quantity to your body and preferred sitting position – for more comfort during meditation, breathing exercises, and calm yoga practice.
